Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Once an order is placed, the customer will immediately receive a confirmation email summarizing their order (name and number of products, address). They have 24 hours to check for any errors. If there is an error, the customer agrees to contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify it. If the customer wishes to correct their error after 24 hours, we will no longer be able to make the correction, as the package will have already been shipped. If the customer does not correct their error within 24 hours, Milky Beauty is not responsible if the package arrives at the wrong address and cannot issue a refund.

If the customer placed an order more than 24 hours ago and wishes to cancel it, we will not be able to accommodate this request, as the order will have already been shipped.

In the event of a delay, we can issue a refund if the delay exceeds 30 business days.

Customs Fees

Customs fees are to be paid by the customer. We cannot cover these fees.

Satisfaction Guaranteed for 30 Days

We can issue a refund if the customer states they are not satisfied and their order was placed within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
Several types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.
  • Personal or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous items or flammable gases or liquids.

Other Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Certain health and personal care products.

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of the order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@milkybeauty.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@milkybeauty.com.

Gifts

If the item being returned was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and let them know that you have returned the item.

Shipping

To return a product, you must contact us by email at contact@milkybeauty.com, and we will provide you with the address to which you should return the product.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
